ADAM DONSHIK - Writer
Adam, originally from Connecticut, received his BFA in Acting with a minor in Cognitive Neuropsychology from Carnegie Mellon University. As an actor, Adam has been seen playing Dexter Haven in THE PHILADELPHIA STORY, the one-man show YOU TELL ME... directed by Milton Katselas, MOTHER COURAGE directed by Jessica Kubzansky and, most recently, THE TENTH MAN directed by Gene Reynolds. Film and TV credits include FIRST DAUGHTER, THREAT MATRIX, 24, THE OC and the 2005-2006 season finale of CSI.
A man of many talents (actor, musician, artist, designer) Adam never fancied himself a writer. Prior to the one-act play PINK DOT, he had only written uninformed incoherent rantings on religion and the state of the world. Thankfully, none of those writings have ever seen the light of day. Now, with the success of PINK DOT and the production of GAME DAY, Adam has found writting to be far more difficult than he originally thought and has taken up web design to pass the time between inspired writing sprees. Keep an eye out for the feature version of GAME DAY. It's coming. Soon. Really, it is.

ALLEN BARTON - Director of Original Play PINK DOT
Allen Barton is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. His early training was in classical piano, and by the time of high school graduation he was a competition winner and solo recitalist. He went on to a summer as a piano fellow at Boston University’s prestigious Tanglewood Institute in Lenox, MA. Allen got his college degree from Harvard University, majoring in Russian and Soviet Studies with additional coursework in classical piano at New England Conservatory. While at Harvard, he was a four-year member and vice-president of the infamous Hasty Pudding Theatricals – America’s oldest theatre company.
Since his 1990 graduation from Harvard, Allen has continued performing solo classical piano recitals on both coasts, and has recorded four compact discs as a pianist. He was a prizewinner in the 2002 Los Angeles Liszt Society’s bi-annual competition, and has recitals planned in 2006 for Boston, New Hampshire, New York City and Los Angeles, as well as an anticipated recording of his world premiere solo transcription of Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto.
Upon arriving in Los Angeles in 1990, Allen became a student at Milton Katselas’ Beverly Hills Playhouse, one of LA’s oldest and most prestigious acting schools. After six years of continuous acting study, Allen began his directing studies directly with Mr. Katselas – one of the foremost instructors of acting and directing in the country. Since then, in addition to his numerous acting credits on stage, in film and television, he has directed several full-length stage productions, many one-person shows, and five short films. In the writing field, Allen cut his teeth as both Assistant and then Managing Editor back at Harvard for the world-famous LET'S GO budget travel guide series, and in Los Angeles he has had two of his plays produced, he wrote the five short films that he directed, and he has continued his work as an editor for such books as DREAMS INTO ACTION and ACTING CLASS.
Allen currently serves as Executive Director of the Beverly Hills Playhouse, and was recently made one of the regular teaching staff – he is the youngest person ever to hold either of these positions, much less both at one time.
